New Features Added To Showing Assist
Great news! An updated version of Showing Assist is now available including lots of useful new features:
With our latest update, users in a Showing Interaction can now rate one another. Based on a 5-star system, a user's average rating will now be displayed along with their total number of ratings. Additionally, we added a mandatory notes field that requires the Showing Agent to gives notes and feedback on the interaction with the Hiring Agent's client.
Tutorials will now be shown the first 3 times a user logs in. We compiled quick-reference tutorials for both Hiring Agents and Showing Agents.
Tutorials can be turned on or off within the User Profile by selecting the Rules and Guidelines option:
Rescheduling Requests & Timing Warnings
Finally, the latest version of the Showing Assist app includes a new warning feature that triggers if a Showing Request is scheduled for 1 hour or less from the current time. This was implemented to ensure that all parties have ample time to prepare for and travel to the specified location.
Any open or uncovered Showing Requests that have not been matched within 30 minutes of the required time will now trigger a rescheduling warning. Hiring Agents will be sent an email and a push notification alerting them that they need to reschedule their initial Showing Request due to availability.
