Hiring Agents spoke, so we listened, and we're proud to announce that Dynamic Pricing is the answer! Showing Requests are now charged based on the driving distance between properties.

We created a new sliding price scale with discounted rates based on volume. With Dynamic Pricing it's now cheaper to get clients into the properties they want to see, and the savings stack up for Hiring Agents as you create Showing Requests to see multiple properties within close driving distance.

Plus, more Showing Requests means more opportunities for Showing Agents to earn money! It's a win-win!

How does it work?

In a word, automatically. Simply create your Showing Request as you normally would and the app automatically calculates the driving distance between properties and charges you appropriately.

Standard Tier: 3 miles or less
Second Tier: 3.1 to 6.5 miles
Third Tier: Greater than 6.5 miles

We only give discounts based on properties that are a short drive from one another. To reflect changing economic conditions, our latest update can allow Showing Agents to spend less time commuting & use less gas! And our hourly rate is still priced as one of the best in the industry!
